Down Payment
The Seller, Tim and Jodi Thorpe, and the Buyer, ______________________, hereby agree as follows:

1. The Seller hereby sells to the Buyer, for the amount of                    , which is hereby acknowledged, for  _____________________  puppy, born ________________. And except ________ as a down payment which $150 is non-refundable, with the remaining _______ due in cash or cashier's check at or before delivery. If the down payment check does not clear sellers bank because of unavailable funds or other means, the buyer must pay down payment along with any of the sellers bank fees that partain to this transaction.
The puppy will be held till 8 weeks of age before being put back on the sales list unless other arrangements have been made.

Limited Registration
The Seller, Tim and Jodi Thorpe, and the Buyer, ______________________, hereby agree as follows:

1. The Seller hereby sells to the Buyer, for the amount of $1500 , which is hereby acknowledged, a male/female Bernese Mountain Dog puppy known as _____________  , born   _______________   .

2. The Seller will provide the buyer with limited AKC registration forms that the Buyer will need to complete and send in to the AKC to register the puppy. This puppy cannot be used for breeding and must be spayed or neutered. 

3. The Seller guarantees that the puppy is in good health on the date of delivery. The Buyer has the right to return the puppy to the Seller at Buyers cost, within three days after delivery and receive a refund of the purchase price if the puppy is found by a veterinarian to be suffering from any disease.

4. . If the puppy should happen to die within the first year of life from a genetic disease, which would be confirmed by a licensed veterinarian that it is indeed genetic, not environmental, the Seller will refund the purchase price or the Buyer can choose another puppy from the next available litter.

5. The Buyer shall maintain the puppy in good condition, including adherence to a regular immunization schedule, heartworm preventative, good diet, maintaining a healthy weight, and a clean and safe environment. This also includes proper exercise and is not to be overly strenuous because of bone growth during the first few years of life can be affected by strenuous work and exercise.

Full Registration
The Seller, Tim and Jodi Thorpe, and the Buyer, ______________________, hereby agree as follows:

1. The Seller hereby sells to the Buyer, for the amount of  $2500, which is hereby acknowledged, a male/female Bernese Mountain Dog puppy, identified as ญญ_________________,born ________________.

2. The Seller will provide the buyer with Full AKC registration forms that the Buyer will need to complete and send in to the AKC to register the puppy. If a pup is purchased with Full Registration, and was purchased for the intentions of breeding, and is diagnosed with a non-life threatening problem which makes it ineligible for breeding by the age of three, the price difference between Full Registration and Limited Registration for a pup from that litter will be refunded.  The problem must be diagnosed by a licensed veterinarian, documented, and a letter must be sent to the seller regarding the diagnosis.  The  buyer agrees not to breed this dog, and have this dog spayed or neutered.  The buyer agrees to provide written proof of spay or neuter from the veterinarian who performed the surgery. The seller agrees to provide refund money after all of the terms listed above have been met.
